Thomas “Tom” Goldstein (50-51) is an attorney known for his frequent appearance before the United States Supreme Court. Indeed, over the past 15 years he has served as one of the lawyers in just under 10% of the cases argued before the High Court. Goldstein is also the co-founder of SCOTUSblog, the most widely read blog covering the court. He remains its publisher and an occasional contributing analyst.
