Sam Altman (36) is an entrepreneur, investor, programmer, and blogger. He’s the CEO of OpenAI, an Artificial Intelligence research and deployment company whose mission is “to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity.” Previously, he was the CEO of Y Combinator, which provides seed funding for startups. Altman is openly gay.
