Natan Levy is a 29-year-old mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter from Israel, the only one from the Jewish state in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). In his relatively short professional career, his record so far is 6-0-0 (wins-losses-draws). Natan was born and raised in France before immigrating with his family to Israel. He honed his pugilistic skills early on, when his Israeli classmates tried to bully him because of his French accent in Hebrew.
Quote: “Getting punched in the face is not that bad. Sure, it hurts a bit. But being afraid of getting punched in the face is so much worse. You’ll spend years fearing it. Then a day comes and you get punched in the face for the first time and realize, ‘That’s it? That’s what I was scared about?’ ”
