Marc Jacobs, 56, is the head designer of his eponymous fashion label. Previously, he was creative director of the Louis Vuitton design house. In 2010, Jacobs appeared on Time magazine’s “Time 100 List” of the 100 most influential people in the world; two years later, he was on Out magazine’s “50 Most Powerful Gay Men and Women in America.” Jacobs married male model and entrepreneur Charly Defrancesco in April of last year.
