Robert “Bob” Iger, 68, has been the Chairman and CEO of the Walt Disney Company since 2005 (succeeding Michael Eisner, who is also Jewish). During Iger’s tenure, the company’s market value reportedly has shot up to $163 billion from $48.4 billion. Prior to his current positions at Disney, he was President and COO of the company.
Quotes: “I think it is incredibly important to be open and accessible and treat people fairly and look them in the eye and tell them what is on your mind.” | “I don’t get described as necessarily being aggressive. I don’t know if ‘laid-back’ is the word. I think, if anything, what I would want people to say about me is, ‘I think he had guts.'”
