Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) has been a member of the U.S. Congress since 2001; following re-districting in 2010, he has represented the state’s 28th Congressional District. As Ranking Member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, the 57-year-old Schiff is an influential figure on issues of foreign policy and national security. He is frequently interviewed in the media regarding the House investigation into possible collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign/administration. Schiff earned an undergraduate political science degree from Stanford University and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
